What type of massage do I need ?

I have chronic back or neck pain / sciatica / injury

A Remedial Massage would be best for you. This is a lot more than just a massage as our highly qualified remedial therapists will use a combination of techniques to identify the causes of your pain and then treat them.

I have a sports injury or related pain

A Sports Massage is ideal for people at all sporting levels and can help pre and post sporting events. If you have a particular injury, our exprienced sports therapists will be able to help get you back on track quickly.

I hold a lot of tension / stress in my shoulders and back and have that annoying nagging pain

Deep Tissue Massage is ideal for getting right into the problem areas where tension and stress can build up. It goes that bit deeper than a traditional Swedish Massage and leaves you feeling so much better.

I just want a massage

Swedish Massage is a traditional massage and can be focused on your back, neck and shoulders or it can be full body. It is ideal for getting rid of everyday tension and stress and helping you to relax.

I want to treat myself to a really relaxing massage

An Aromatherapy Massage will leave you floating. Our professional Aromatherapists mix a blend of essential oils suited to you and massage them deep into your skin. Combined with the relaxing music - the lovely scent of essential oils will take you to a new state of relaxation.
