Gift Vouchers

A Gift Voucher for one of our massages or holistic therapies is a lovely idea and is always very well received.

We sell gift vouchers for all of our treatments, but we also sell gift vouchers for any value from £30 - £100. That way the lucky person can choose which therapy they would like.

All of our gift vouchers are valid for a minimum of 12 months and we keep a record of all vouchers incase they get lost.

If we are closed you can email your request to the clinic at info@embody-massage.co.uk and we will call you back as soon as we are open.

We usually post our gift vouchers out to you or directly to the person they are for, however if you are in a rush we can email your gift voucher to you. That way you can have the perfect gift within 5 minutes of phoning us - ideal for a last minute gift idea whether it is for a birthday, wedding or anniversary.

We accept payment by debit card, credit card(£1 surcharge) or paypal.

Return/Cancellation Policy

Vouchers may be used against any treatment offered at the embody massage clinic, 23 Greenhead Street, Glasgow, G40 1ES by making a prior appointment. You must state that it is a voucher booking.
Missed appointments or same day cancellations will be charged the full amount.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Appointments must be booked before the expiry date on the voucher.
Tampered, altered or defaced vouchers are invalid.
Vouchers must be presented to reception in the clinic for verification before going for a treatment.

Delivery Policy

Vouchers ordered over the phone or online will be posted within 48 hours via royal mail.
Vouchers can be emailed by request and will be sent within 24 hour of ordering.
All vouchers have a unique reference number which is held on our database. Any attempts to reproduce any voucher and use it more than once will be considered fraud and reported immediately to the police.
Vouchers will be delivered free of charge to anywhere in mainland UK.
