Description: During thai yoga massage, the therapist uses her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Many people say Thai massage is like doing yoga without any work.

Description: Reiki works on 4 levels - that is why I recommend 4 treatments. If you block book your 4 treatments I will only charge you for 3.

The first treatment starts the process of healing within the body. The second treatment starts the body's own self-healing on a deeper level; by the third treatment, the body has assimilated the healing energy and there will be more awareness of the healing process taking place. The fourth treatment will balance the healing that has already taken place.
