Louise is currently offering a 4 for 3 special offer on Reiki. If you block book 4 treatments you only pay for 3.
Reiki works on 4 levels - that is why Louise recommends 4 treatments.
The first treatment starts the process of healing within the body. The second treatment starts the body's own self-healing on a deeper level; by the third treatment, the body has assimilated the healing energy and there will be more awareness of the healing process taking place. The forth treatment will balance the healing that has already taken place.

Elizabeth Bandeen
Therapies: Swedish Massage
Hours of Practice: Monday - Saturday 10 am - 7pm
I love the fact that massage can make a person feel alert and ready to run a marathon - or, conversely, relaxed and sleepy. It can relieve tension, soothe away headaches, relax taut and aching muscles and banish insomnia. My values as a Massage Pracitioner match the values of Embody as I strive to look after the whole person and not just the symptoms.
I practice Swedish Massage and as of 26th April will also be certified to practice Pregnancy Massage.
A fabulous present to yourself would be a 30 min Swedish Massage covering lower back, shoulders, and neck. Pop down after work and it'll be £20 very well spent!
To loosely quote Maya Angelou, " People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but they'll never forget how you made them feel."
