What is Indian Head Massage?
This massage of the head, neck, face, upper back and arms will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and balanced as the massage works to relieve muscle tension, relax tired eye muscles, re-balance the flow of energy within the body and trigger the release of endorphins within the brain.
The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.
