Treatment rooms available
We offer 3 options for room rental and is designed to suit a variety
of therapists and therapies.
Level 1 Most suitable for Hypnotherapists / Counsellors/ Consultants
Treatment \ consulting Room Hire £7 per hour
Designed for therapists who are going to bring their own clients to the
clinic.
We do not provide a booking facility or website information.
The therapist books a room directly with us, as and when required.
No minimum number of hours or block booking required.
No clinic beds / towels / bed roll provided.
No payment facilities provided for clients.
Reception facilities are provided for clients upon arrival.
Level 2 Most Suitable for Massage / Holistic Therapist with client base
Room Hire £10 per hour
Designed for therapists who have a client base and who will actively
market that they operate from Embody.
Full reception facilities. Telephone and email bookings taken directly
from clients.
Biography page on website + key search terms advertised.
Minimum number of hours / block booking required.
Bed roll / towels / plinths provided.
Payment facilities at reception provided – therapist doesn’t need to
handle cash* . Cash and cards** taken.
Therapist can take advantage of promotional advertising paid for by
clinic.
Level 3 Suitable for new Massage / Holistic Therapists
Room Hire 35% of Treatment Price
Designed for therapists who are starting out or just building client base.
No need to block book times – can book on an ad hoc basis.
Full reception facilities. Telephone and email bookings taken directly
from clients.
Biography page on website + key search terms advertised.
Bed roll / towels / plinths provided.
Payment facilities at reception provided – therapist doesn’t need to
handle cash*. Cash and cards** taken.
Therapist can take advantage of promotional advertising paid for by
clinic. Priority is given to level 2 therapists.
OTHER SERVICES
EMAIL
Create a professional image with yourname@embody-massage.co.uk
for just £2 per month. This covers administration and hosting.
LEAFLETS
Have your name / therapies and availability printed onto our professional
full colour A5 flyers.
*therapists need to provide their own receipts to clients. Payment can then be made at reception by
cash or card.
**£1.00 transaction fee will be added to all credit card payments.
